Quick, how do you set up a three-way conference call on your phone? Need
to go dig out the phone manual? This is a common occurrence in most companies,
which is why Siemens wanted to supplement other types of training with
modular learning on the end user's desktop.
Through video and text help,
the users could quickly find and watch a module on any of their phone's
features. The friendly narrator easily demonstrates features and gently
reminds users of appropriate phone etiquette. User control of the module
also allows pausing and reviewing if necessary.
